GRANDS VINS DE BOURGOGNE

Maranges 2002

Name : Maranges
Color : Red wine
Grape variety : 100% Pinot noir
Appellation : Village

Description of the wine :

Bottle selection. Its traditional vinification takes place in a vat for about two weeks, followed by maturation in a barrel for several months.

Tasting :

With a bright colour and still with a hint of purple on the fringe, this Maranges has the appearance of being very young. Marked by notes of macerated red and stone fruits, it turns out to be particularly aromatic. Being ample and firm on the palate enables it to develop in the best conditions. To be tried with rare meat or cheese.
