GRANDS VINS DE BOURGOGNE

Crémant de bourgogne blanc de noirs

Name : Crémant de bourgogne blanc de noirs
Color : White wine
Grape variety : 100% Pinot noir
Appellation : Régionale

Description of the wine :

The grapes from this crémant come from one of our parcels of Pinot Noir, located a little below Meursault, and they generally give pleasant wines that should be consumed rapidly. This crémant comes from grapes that were harvested in 2004, about a week before we started harvesting those on our other parcels. It is matured following the traditional method of sparkling wines over a period of 18 months.

Tasting :

This Blancs de Noir (100% Pinot Noir) is very pleasing to the eye, its slight fizz and very fine bubbles are a true invitation to fine food. With evident vinosity, it proves to be tremendously fresh and excellently sustained on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif, it will also be equally at home throughout a meal.
