Description of the wine :

The soil on this parcel is very clayey and full of limestone. A very high quality of grapes that were harvested on 3 October 2004. Then it will be matured on the dregs for 11 months, with a regular beating. The different barrels will be assembled in vats for five months, in order to correctly assemble its structure and its aromatic potential. Fining, filtration and bottling on the Domaine Boyer-Martenot Estate.

Tasting :

A sparkling robe with barely distinguishable hints of green, a subtle vanilla and wood nose giving out a pleasant fragrance of white and citrus fruits (apple, pear, grapefruit ...). Balanced and rounded palate that is well-sustained and of excellent length. A wine to be drunk, for example, with pie, fish or crab tart.
