Vendanges 2007: Chardonnay

Les vendanges du Chardonnay en quelques images.

Chardonnay harvest:

 Les vendanges ont débutés au 1er Septembre.
Mais il a fallu attendre fin de semaine pour ramasser les villages et Premiers Crus, et sur ma société, la semaine suivante.
Avec l'été éprouvant, nous étions soulagés de rentrer cette vendange 2007, avec une belle qualité et un très bon état sanitaire.
Des acidités plus élevées, comparées à mes dernières vendanges, mais des jolis degrés et pH.

  Harvest started the 1st of September for the Domaine, but we waited end of the week to pick the village, and Premier Cru, and the following week.
With the poor summer we had, we're relieved to have done the 2007 vintage, surprise of the nice quality and a good sanitary state of the crop.
Acidity were higher than the last vintage I did, but the alcohol and pH were good.
